Falcons class recently attended the KS1 summer sports festival at KEVICCS. The children enjoyed 8 different stations with a variety of activities and all joined in with great enthusiasm. Pupils from Falcons, Kestrels and Eagles classes recently took part in a Gamelan workshop at Dartington. The session was kindly led by Saj Collyer. The children experienced playing a variety of traditional Gamelan instruments from Bali and performed pieces as a whole class. Some of the children from years 3 and 4 took part in swimming gala this morning at Ashburton Pool, organised by Tim Flint of Dynamic Sports Consultancy. Mrs Carrino received some very exciting post today! It was a reply from Harry and Meghan after she wrote a letter telling them how we celebrated their wedding. We were all very excited by this.
The children in Kestrels and Eagles had a multicultural sports day which was run by Tim Flint of Dyanmic Sports Consultancy.
