Falcons had a lovely time in the sun at Forest school. The children found sticks to use to build towers in groups, practicing teamwork and trying to build the highest tower. After that, the children spotted all the signs of spring in and around the forest school area.
On Thursday, Falcons, Owls and Little Owls had an interactive visit from Dr. Vicky Nute as part of Science week, where they learned about basic first aid, what to do in an emergency and the recovery position. We celebrated the wonderful world book day today. The children had a thoroughly enjoyable time reading, story telling and getting dressed up as their favourite literary characters. We are supporting red nose day again this year. The children can come into school dressed in red or as their favourite nose for a £1 donation! We will also be having a cake sale (50p per cake) and donations of cakes would be welcomed on the day.
